I understand I am contractually responsible for paying Energy Events LLC, the appropriate booth/vendor/sponsor fee(s) as listed. Given the agreement contained in the document, the company shown on this document agrees to hold harmless Energy Events LLC, and all person, sponsors, landlords (members and affiliates), advisors, lenders, property managers, tenants, volunteers, participants or government agencies for any and all claims or liability for injuries and dealings caused to their property or personnel or any member of the public incurred through the use of the booth/space.
